1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zenvest Pro ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and investors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zenvest Pro. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency investments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
3. Investment Risks
Cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks. Past performance of any investment plan does not guarantee future results. ROI rates are targets based on our trading performance and may vary. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. KYC & Compliance
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit accurate identity documents. Zenvest Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail KYC verification or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
6. Deposits
Deposits must be made in supported cryptocurrencies only (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. Zenvest Pro is not responsible for losses due to user error (wrong wallet address, wrong network). Upload of falsified payment proof may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to a processing fee as stated on the platform. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Zenvest Pro reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending additional verification if fraud is suspected.
8. Referral Program
Referral commissions are earned on direct referrals' investments only. Self-referral using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account bans. Commission rates are subject to change with notice.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) manipulate, hack, or exploit the platform; (d) submit false documents; (e) engage in any form of fraud or deception.
10. Termination
Zenvest Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, pending investments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvest Pro shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits or investment returns; loss of data; unauthorized access to your account (if you fail to secure credentials). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
